1. Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, name, and payment information when you create an account. We also collect usage data such as API call logs, token counts, model selections, and IP addresses to provide and improve our services. For traffic statistics we operate a self-hosted Umami analytics instance on our own infrastructure — it records aggregate page views, referrers, and coarse country information, uses no cookies, and shares no data with third parties.

2. Data Use

Your data is used to operate the 1vy platform, process billing, provide customer support, and improve service quality. We analyze aggregated usage patterns to optimize routing and performance. 1vy itself does not store API request content beyond the processing window and does not use it to train any models. Note that when you route a request to an upstream provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), that request is also subject to the upstream provider's data retention and training policies — please review the provider's own terms, and use their opt-out mechanisms where applicable (e.g. OpenAI's data controls page) if you need stricter handling.

3. Data Sharing

We share your API requests with third-party model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) solely to fulfill your requests. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings. You may request a copy of all data we hold about you. You may close your account and request complete data deletion by contacting our support team.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. API usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing and debugging purposes. After account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
