1vy operates on a pay-as-you-go billing model. You are charged based on the number of tokens processed through the API. Pricing varies by model and is displayed on the Pricing page. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and managing your budget.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use 1vy to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent rate limits or security measures.

6. Limitation of Liability

1vy is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1vy platform — including the 1vy name and logo, the visual composition of the landing hero (orbit ring, converging particle streams, leaf icon, numeral-and-dots mark), the underlying animation algorithm, color palette, copy, and user interface — is the property of 1vy and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, adapt, or create derivative works from any of these assets for commercial use or for use in a competing product without prior written permission.
